      Puppies up to 6 months of age
           
- Three monthly physical examinations
- Puppy vaccines (the entire series) distemper/parvo combo
 (including distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvo), kennel cough, rabies, and lyme.
- Intestinal parasite examination
- Strategic deworming program (including Heartgard Plus heartworm preventative)
- Spaying or neutering at 4-5 months of age
- $16.00 office visit
- 10% off Frontline Top Spot
- 10% off puppy food 
- Heartworm test at 7 months
